ORDERS

How do I change my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to adjust your order to edit, change, or remove any of the items in your order. However, if we can catch the order before it has been shipped, we can cancel it and you can place another order with the correct items. Please see below for information on cancelling your order.

 

How can I cancel my order?

Please send us an email with your order number and “CANCEL” in the subject line, and we will try our best to stop the order. If you have already been emailed your shipping confirmation, or if your order has otherwise been processed for shipping, we will not be able to cancel your order.

My purchase has not arrived — what do I do?

Your purchase should be with you within two weeks of ordering from us. 

All of our items are usually shipped out to you within 72 hours, pending holidays and weekends. If you've been waiting longer than two weeks for your items, get in contact with us at hello@landofthekiwis.co.nz! If you've ordered your items during the holidays or on a weekend, please allow for a shipping delay.

 

Please note: our art prints are printed and shipped from a different studio than our phone cases. This means if you order an art print and a phone case, they'll come separately to you.

 

What do I do if I am sent a faulty or wrong item?

Please refer to our refund policy.

Our phone case range is currently made and shipped from Australia. We're on the hunt for a New Zealand supplier to keep our business a bit more local, so watch this space.

Do you offer mobile phone cases for other models or makes?

Due to the supplier we work with, what you see in stock on the website is what is available. 

 

How protective are your mobile phone cases? 

Our mobile phone cases are crafted with high-quality materials and designed to fit your phone snugly, offering protection against scratches, dings, and other minor damage that can happen during daily use. While our cases are not heavy-duty, they do provide some protection against general wear and tear.

Please keep in mind that our mobile phone cases are not designed to protect your phone from major drops or impacts. If you require a heavy-duty case, we recommend seeking an alternative option.

Do you offer a guarantee on your phone cases?

Yes, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the mobile phone case when it arrives, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution. However, please note that our cases are not designed to protect your phone from major drops or impacts, and we cannot guarantee that your phone will be completely protected in the event of an accident.

 How do I clean or care for my phone case to ensure longevity?

To keep your phone case looking new and ensure it lasts, simply use soap and water for cleaning. Avoid using solvents, as these can risk removing the design imprinted on the case. For instance, do not use substances like nail polish remover or similar products, as they can damage the print. Gently wash the case with mild soap, rinse it with water, and air dry. Always handle your case with care to maintain its appearance and functionality over time.

Where are you located?

Everywhere but nowhere! We are an online business and work with producers all over New Zealand. We are Whanganui-based, which is located on the West Coast of the North Island. The pieces at Land of the Kiwis are designed, printed and shipped in New Zealand through a network of local Kiwi businesses where possible. Sometimes if they're at capacity or have run out of stock, your items will be printed in Australia and shipped to you.

The vibrant designs on our phone cases are primarily derived from two fundamental sources:

The majority of our artwork comes from licensed designs. 2. In-House Creations:

Are the phone cases compatible with wireless charging and MagSafe?

Yes, our phone cases are designed with modern technology in mind. They are fully compatible with wireless charging, ensuring that you can charge your device effortlessly without removing the case. Additionally, our cases are MagSafe-friendly, which means you can conveniently use MagSafe accessories and chargers with them. Our aim is to combine aesthetic appeal with functionality, allowing you to enjoy the best of both worlds.

Sorry, not at this time. We currently only sell directly to consumers.
