How long will it take and where is it coming from?

Your purchase should be with you within a week of ordering from us. 

We work with a range of businesses to print and ship these items. We try to work exclusively with NZ companies, but there is sometimes a chance we'll have to outsource the item internationally if our NZ team are too flat out. We want to get your items to you as fast as possible, and by working with a range of companies we can ensure exactly that!

All of our prints and phone cases usually get shipped out to you within 72 hours, pending holidays and weekends. If you've been waiting longer than one week for your items, get in contact with us. We'll look into the issue.

Please note: our art prints are printed and shipped from a different studio than our phone cases. This means if you order an art print and a phone case, they'll come separately to you.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship and sell to Australia and New Zealand at this time. Please note that with any orders being placed internationally, your package is subject to a customs tax (this fee is dependent on your country).
